Association Management Companies Are Your Nonprofit's Path To Success
Princeton Junction, N.J.-based CMA Association Management has been chosen by the National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors board of directors to provide full-service management for the organization.
“We have been working with NAILD for the past year on their industry publication, marketing, social media, conference planning and membership recruitment,” said Jeff Barnhart, president and CEO of CMA Association Management. “We rebranded the entire association, creating a new logo and new website. We helped spread the word by expanding their social media presence and launching their Twitter account, growing their online footprint. We are excited to expand our relationship with NAILD and look forward to serving them and their members with full-service association management.”
CMA Association Management has overseen the creation of various digital and traditional marketing programs, including specific content focused on conference attendance, as well as materials aimed at increasing educational opportunities for members via promotions of its LSI and LS II training and certificate programs.
NAILD’s quarterly magazine, Today’s Lighting Distributor, has been produced by CMA Association Management’s in-house marketing team since the Fall 2014 issue. The newly redesigned magazine provides must-know editorial coverage of lighting news, “What’s Hot” trends, new products, member profiles, case studies and NAILD programs. TLD’s exclusive focus on lighting and the industry’s technological and management trends makes it a unique publication of immediacy and value.
“CMA has been a tremendous partner with NAILD over the past year, helping us rebrand and expand our market presence,” Greg Ehrich, NAILD Board of Directors president said. “NAILD is poised for growth and it made perfect sense to grow our partnership.”
Founded in 1977 by a group of lighting specialist distributors, NAILD’s membership is made up of lighting distributors, vendor manufacturers of lighting equipment, products and supplies used by our MRO, contractor and facility end-user customers. Members also include full-line electrical distributors, energy service companies (ESCOs), lighting sales reps and other industry stakeholders at the leading edge of lighting technology.
NAILD will be managed at CMA Association Management’s Princeton Junction office, which includes executive and administrative services, program development, and an in-house event planning group.
