Association Management Companies Are Your Nonprofit's Path To Success
The Society for Pediatric Pathology has retained Atlanta-based Kellen for full-service management of its 700+ member professional organization comprised of physicians and scientists specializing in the field. SPP will relocate its headquarters from Evans, Georgia to Kellen’s New York City office in midtown Manhattan. Kellen will handle all aspects of the organization’s management, including administrative, conference, membership, education, and accreditation services.
“We are very pleased to be working with Kellen on this next phase of our growth,” said SPP President Cheryl M. Coffin, MD, Professor of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, Emerita, Vanderbilt University.
Kellen will support the execution of SPP’s many member services from its various publications to access to research and grants to continuing education and fellowships, and more. In addition, Kellen will handle the organization’s frequent meetings and events, including the upcoming 50th anniversary meeting this October in Toronto.
“The depth of experience available through our healthcare and science practice meets SPP’s specialized needs. We look forward to bringing new opportunities and supporting SPP as they foster education and research for pediatric pathology,” said Peter Rush, chairman and chief executive officer of Kellen.
