Association Management Companies Are Your Nonprofit's Path To Success
McLean, Virginia-based Coulter announced the Special Libraries Association as its newest full-service client. SLA serves more than 6,000 members in 60 countries in the information profession, including corporate, academic and government information specialists.
“The SLA Board of Directors approved the Road Map to SLA’s future last year, and we are excited to partner with Coulter to implement this ambitious strategic plan,” noted Tom Rink, SLA president. “We look forward to working with Coulter to create new opportunities for special librarians to learn, mentor, collaborate, and lead.”
SLA is a nonprofit international organization for innovative information professionals and their strategic partners. SLA serves information professionals in a range of working environments, including business, academia, and government agencies. In its provision of full-service association management to SLA as of March 1, Coulter will provide guidance through strategic planning and analysis, resource development and fundraising, and communications and public relations, while serving as the association’s comprehensive headquarters management and operations team.
