Association Management Companies Are Your Nonprofit's Path To Success
Capitol Hill Management Services of Albany, New York, announced that it has been selected to provide full service association management services to the Computer Science Teachers Association.
The Computer Science Teachers Association is a membership organization that supports and promotes the teaching of computer science. CSTA provides opportunities for K–12 teachers and their students to better understand computer science and to more successfully prepare themselves to teach and learn. CSTA was founded by the Association for Computing Machinery in 2004, as part of its commitment to K-12 computer science education. Since then, CSTA has grown into a dynamic and vibrant organization of more than 22,000 members from more than 130 countries. These members include elementary, middle, and high school teachers; college and university faculty; supportive members of industry and government, school administrators, other non-profits, and parents.
CHMS will be providing full-service administrative and operational support to CSTA and working with the association’s Executive Director, Dr. Mark Nelson, Ph.D., MBA, CAE, senior staff, and Board of Directors to achieve the highest level of efficiency and success for the organization.
