Association Management Companies Are Your Nonprofit's Path To Success
Capitol Hill Management Services, with offices in Albany, New York, and Raleigh, North Carolina, announced that it is building a partnership with the Systems Dynamics Society to provide full service association management and conference planning services.
SDS is an international, nonprofit organization devoted to encouraging the development and use of System Dynamics and systems thinking around the world. The Society provides a forum in which researchers, educators, students, consultants and practitioners in the academic, corporate and public sectors in more than 75 countries interact to keep abreast of current developments, build on each other’s work and introduce newcomers to the field. SDS also conducts an annual international scientific conference that rotates to various locations around the globe.
SDS, currently headquartered at the University at Albany, will transfer its operations in several stages between now and 2018. CHMS has begun advising SDS on building a legacy campaign in conjunction with the 60th anniversary of the founding of Systems Dynamics, conference planning, budgeting and finance, and its online presence.
By 2018, the Society’s entire operations, including Executive Director and staff, will be centered and supported by CHMS at its offices in Albany.
